For a suspected adverse event or a product-quality concern, email info@luangpharma.com. Include the product name and the batch or lot number if you have it, the country, and what happened.
This mailbox is not an emergency service. Medical emergencies and urgent symptoms need qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services, not website correspondence.
What we do not claim
Luang Pharma is not yet manufacturing and has no product on any market. It therefore operates no pharmacovigilance system, no case-processing workflow and no regulatory reporting obligations at this stage. A pharmacovigilance system will be established as part of licensing, and this page will state its details when it exists.
We make no promise here about review timelines, escalation, investigation or onward reporting, because we cannot yet evidence one.
