The Boten project is at a development stage in the controlled website record. Luang Pharma therefore describes environmental, safety, people and local-value responsibilities without publishing invented performance metrics or completed-programme claims.

The project brief recommends EHS/biosafety controls and anticipates local supporting-service demand; measured outcomes are not established by that plan.

Development-stage responsibilities, not an operating ESG scorecard.

At this stage, the useful public distinction is between responsibilities that need to be designed into the project and results that can only be reported after operations generate measured data. This website does not publish energy, water, emissions, waste, recycling or workforce-impact figures because a verified operating baseline has not been supplied.

Role readiness and training

The June plan contemplates management, technical and production work plus pre-commissioning training. Current headcount, vacancies and completed training are not inferred from the plan.

EHS & BIOSAFETY

Controls appropriate to actual activities

Waste handling, PPE, emergency response and biosafety responsibilities depend on the final materials, processes and applicable local requirements.

UTILITIES & MATERIALS

Measure before claiming improvement

Water, energy, materials, packaging and waste require defined boundaries and data before performance claims can be made.

SUPPLY ECOSYSTEM

Potential local participation

The project brief anticipates demand for services such as packaging, logistics, testing and equipment maintenance. Actual local sourcing and economic contribution must be measured rather than assumed.

A credible future metric needs a boundary, period and method.

Potential contribution should be separated from demonstrated impact.

The June project plan describes future employment/training and supporting-service demand as expected project contributions. B04 treats those as planning expectations only. A later public impact report would need actual filled roles, completed training, supplier spend or other measured outcomes tied to a defined period.

05 · Evidence not yet claimed

No unsupported environmental or social badge language.

Candidate pages for an environmental programme and local training remain unpublished until a real programme, responsible owner, status and evidence exist.
