
Employment and training
The project plans around 50 jobs. Every Lao employee is to receive one to three months of systematic training before commissioning, covering GMP practice, equipment operation, production safety, position procedures and record keeping.
Supporting services
Operating the facility is expected to create downstream demand for packaging, logistics, testing and equipment maintenance, alongside rent and tax contribution within the economic zone.
Knowledge transfer
The collaboration with Peking University and Nanyang Technological University covers joint talent development alongside its research and process work.
