How to report
For a suspected adverse event, a medication error, a product-quality complaint, a suspected counterfeit or a lack of effect, email info@luangpharma.com. Include the product name and the batch or lot number if you have it, the country, the date and what happened.
This mailbox is not an emergency service. A product safety emergency needs immediate medical care and must not wait for an email reply.
What stands behind it today
Luang Pharma is establishing a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the Boten Economic Zone, Lao PDR. It is not yet manufacturing, holds no manufacturing licence, and none of its portfolio lines are registered or available for supply.
Because the company has no product on any market, it operates no pharmacovigilance system, no case-processing workflow, no signal detection and no regulatory reporting obligation at this stage. A pharmacovigilance system will be established as part of licensing, and this page will describe it, and name who is responsible for it, when it exists.
What we will not promise
We make no commitment here about acknowledgement times, investigation, escalation, confidentiality handling, retention or onward reporting to an authority, because we cannot yet evidence any of them. A report sent to the address above will be read and kept.
