What this website collects
Almost nothing. luangpharma.com is a set of static pages. Apart from the contact form described below, there is no account, no login, no shopping function and no tracking script of our own. We do not profile visitors, we do not sell data and we do not run advertising.
Your browser inevitably reveals your IP address and request details to whoever serves the page. That is described below.
Cloudflare
The site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our content delivery network and protects the site from attack. To do that, Cloudflare processes connection data including IP address, request time, the page requested and general request characteristics. This is a technical necessity of serving a website, not a choice we make about you.
If Cloudflare treats a connection as suspicious it may present a security check, and that check may set a cookie on your device. That cookie is a security measure, not analytics, and we do not read it.
Audience measurement
There is none at present. No counter, no analytics script and no measurement beacon runs on this site, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
We intend to add Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying visitors or following them between sites. It will not be switched on before this page says it has been.
The contact form
When you use the form you submit your name, email, an optional organisation and a message. Technical data including your IP address arrives with any web request. We use this information only to answer you.
We protect the form with Cloudflare Turnstile. This is a test that the sender is a person, not a script. Cloudflare processes technical connection data to make that decision. Details are in Cloudflare's own privacy policy at cloudflare.com.
The message goes to the company mailbox. A brief technical copy may exist on our server while it is delivered. We keep correspondence as long as needed to answer and keep a business record. You may ask what is held and ask for deletion.
When you email us
If you write to info@luangpharma.com we hold your message, your email address and anything you choose to include, for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of business correspondence. Email is carried over the public internet; do not send anything through it that you would not want read in transit.
You may ask us what correspondence we hold from you and ask us to delete it. Write to the same address.
What we do not claim here
We do not publish a retention schedule, a data-protection officer, a processor register or an international transfer mechanism, because the company is at construction stage and none of those exist yet in a form we could stand behind. When they exist, this page will say so and will name them.
Luang Pharma is establishing a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the Boten Economic Zone, Lao PDR. It is not yet manufacturing, holds no manufacturing licence, and none of its portfolio lines are registered or available for supply.
