Website and brand rights
Luang Pharma name and logo, original website text and company-owned visual materials are subject to the rights that apply to them. Other materials may be used under licence or remain owned by their respective authors. Ownership should not be inferred merely from where a file appears.
This notice does not claim a specific trademark registration, territory or class unless that information is expressly identified and verified. A company name, trademark, patent, design and marketing authorisation protect different interests and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Generic portfolio identification
Public portfolio entries use active-substance and generic identifiers, dosage forms and strengths. Proprietary product trade names are not published in the portfolio at this stage. Generic names are used to describe the proposed medicine; they are not presented as exclusive company property.
Withholding a trade name from this site is a disclosure choice, not a guarantee of secrecy or intellectual-property protection. Public trademark records, third-party publications or earlier disclosures may separately contain information. Confidential product identity, artwork and development documents should be exchanged only under an appropriate agreed arrangement.
Permission and accurate attribution
Reasonable quotation and internal reference use are addressed in the terms of use. Statutory permitted uses remain available. Use the contact form before using the logo, reproducing substantial company materials, adapting branding or presenting content in a commercial promotion.
Do not alter branding to imply authorisation, use it on packaging without permission, or combine a company mark with a regulator’s identity in a way that implies approval. An external source citation is not permission to reproduce that source’s figures, labels or entire publication.
Report an intellectual-property concern
For suspected misuse of the company’s identity or a concern about material on this website, send the affected address, a description of the work or mark, your contact details and the basis of your authority to raise the issue. Provide supporting evidence that you can lawfully share.
Please distinguish an ownership concern from a product-quality or medical-safety concern. Suspected falsified medicines or harm should also be directed through the quality or safety route. A rights complaint does not require a public accusation or the disclosure of confidential patient information.
