No Luang Pharma product is on sale
Any medicine, device or diagnostic offered for sale under the Luang Pharma name, logo or a similar name is not a Luang Pharma product. The same applies to packs that show a Luang Pharma portfolio reference: the product portfolio lists development records, not products that exist.
This notice will be updated when the first product is registered. Until then, the statement above has no exceptions.
If you are offered such a product
- Do not use it, and do not give it to anyone else.
- Keep the pack, the label and any purchase record if it is safe to do so.
- If someone has already taken it and feels unwell, contact a healthcare professional or local emergency services first.
Suspected falsified medicines can also be reported to the medicines regulator in the country where the product was offered.
How to report it
Write to the company through the contact form. Start the message with Misuse of the Luang Pharma name and include, as far as known: the country and place where the product was offered, the seller or website, the name and wording on the pack, and a description of what was offered.
Do not send identifiable patient records through the form. For a suspected adverse reaction, follow the safety reporting guidance as well.
Other misuse of the name
The same route applies to a message, offer, website, social-media account or recruitment approach that uses the Luang Pharma name without authority. See also recruitment verification and intellectual property.
