Business conduct and concerns

Professional relationships depend on accurate information, lawful conduct and the ability to raise concerns. These expectations apply to discussions and proposed activities involving Luang Pharma.

This notice applies to the Luang Pharma corporate website. It is published for information and is not legal or medical advice.

Business conduct expectations

Our business-conduct standard requires accurate records and truthful statements about corporate authority, medicine status, inspection outcomes and scientific evidence. Improper payments, undisclosed personal benefits and misleading documents have no place in a business or regulatory decision.

Relevant conflicts of interest require disclosure to the decision-maker. Deception and unauthorised access are not acceptable ways to obtain commercial information. Use of the company’s identity to promote unlawful supply, falsified medicines or unsupported approval claims is prohibited.

Raising a concern

Email the contact form, saying in the message that it concerns business conduct. Describe the conduct, approximate dates, people or organisations involved and the connection to Luang Pharma. Distinguish what you observed from what you inferred. Share evidence only where you can lawfully provide it.

The mailbox is a company contact, not an independent whistleblowing hotline or emergency service. If your concern involves the people who may receive that mailbox, or if disclosure there could put you at risk, consider an appropriate competent authority or independent legal adviser. Nothing on this page requires a report to the company before contacting an authority.

Fair handling and protection

Our standard is fair consideration of good-faith concerns on their facts, without presuming either wrongdoing or malicious reporting. Threats or penalties for lawfully raising a genuine concern or cooperating with a competent authority are unacceptable. Applicable whistleblower, employment and other legal protections remain unaffected.

Concern-related information is intended for those involved in its lawful handling. Ordinary email cannot guarantee anonymity, and investigation, fairness or legal obligations may require disclosure. Please omit unnecessary patient information, private identity documents and unrelated personal allegations.

Choose the right reporting route

Use the safety route for suspected adverse events and the quality route for product defects or falsification. Use the privacy route for personal-information requests and the website security route for a technical concern.

This statement does not claim an independently audited compliance programme, external investigation service or certification. Separate contractual or workplace procedures may apply to a particular relationship.
