01 · Proposed service scope

Start with the product and its container.

Topical liquid manufacturing is presented as a planned service domain. The exact formulation, target viscosity, intended application route and container closure system would define the necessary processing parameters and environmental controls.

The initial Boten project plan focuses on sterile injections and biological inputs. This proposed extension to non-sterile liquid formulations lies outside that initial scope and would require separate scope confirmation.

Aqueous preparations, alcohol-based washes and viscous liquids present distinct compounding and handling requirements. Inclusion in a common catalogue does not establish that common mixing equipment would suit every proposed formulation.

Catalogue boundary

A planned catalogue for scoped evaluation. Inclusion does not establish installed, qualified, licensed or available capability.

03 · Process scope for discussion

Make the sequence and its evidence visible.

01 · Process stage

Planned

Material handling & staging

Define raw material requirements, appropriate sampling procedures and segregation for active ingredients.

02 · Process stage

Planned

Compounding & mixing

Consider the required mixing sequences, specific temperature profiles and product-specific dissolution parameters.

03 · Process stage

Planned

Bulk holding & transfer

Establish holding times, transfer methods and the appropriate environmental conditions for bulk product.

04 · Process stage

Planned

Primary container filling

Define the filling controls, volume accuracy requirements and the relevant primary packaging components.

05 · Process stage

Planned

Closure & sealing

Connect the filled unit with appropriate closure application, torque control and sealing integrity.

06 · Process stage

Planned

Inspection & disposition

Define the acceptance criteria, sampling plans and accountable review decisions for the finished batch.

05 · Readiness questions

A service claim needs a defined evidence base.

Product & presentation
Exact formulation, required viscosity, primary container and intended application route.
Facility & systems
Appropriate compounding equipment, controlled environments and an accepted technical scope.
Process evidence
Defined mixing parameters, appropriate cleaning procedures and relevant manufacturing controls.
Quality responsibilities
Agreed analytical boundaries, documentation practices and final review decision rights.
Regulatory context
Applicable product permissions and facility authorisations for the intended activity.
Technical agreement
Clear boundaries, disclosure rules and established responsibilities for future engagement.

06 · Practical questions

Before a technical discussion.

Is this service currently available?

No. The service is Planned. This page is a scope proposal and does not establish an operating topical-liquid manufacturing line.

Which liquid presentations belong to the initial Boten plan?

None. The initial plan identifies specific sterile injection modules. Topical washes and other liquid applications in the wider catalogue require separate scope confirmation.

What information helps define the question?

Identify the proposed formulation, physical characteristics, container presentation, development stage and intended destination. Confidential data should only be shared through an agreed route.

Is there a service launch quarter?

No. No service-specific quarter is established. The project-wide indicative milestones do not commit any individual service to a start date.

Does a technical discussion establish supply?

No. Feasibility, scope, permissions, appropriate process evidence and any agreement would need to be established before a service or supply commitment.
